Do you think it’s possible to give up smoking? Do you vape? With vaping on the rise across most age groups, do you think vaping could be just as harmful as smoking?

00:00If you want to live longer, don't smoke.

00:02I used to smoke, and in them days,

00:06I used to smoke woodbines.

00:07And I was walking up a hill, and I felt out of breath.

00:12And I thought, and I wheezed a bit as well.

00:16I did wheeze a bit.

00:17And I thought to myself, forget it.

00:19And then woodbines went flying into a garden.

00:22And guess what?

00:23I never smoked again.

00:25And I can breathe better.

00:29I think I'm faster than I've ever been.

00:31I think I'm more alert than I've ever been.

00:33A lot of the people I teach, 16 to 18, it's the norm to vape.

00:40I don't think we properly know what

00:42the damage is for people who vape at the moment.

00:45Originally, it was marketed as a replacement for smoking

00:48to stop people from getting addicted to that.

00:51But also, there's environmental concerns for me as well.

00:54Because wherever you look, there's

00:55a lot of rubbish and detritus from people

00:59who do vape.
