Belen’s advice to Nitura: ‘Don't put too much pressure on yourself’  'Don't put too much pressure on yourself.'  This is the advice of NU Lady Bulldogs star Bella Belen, the UAAP Season 84 Rookie of the Year and Most Valuable Player, to another super rookie Shaina Nitura of the Adamson Lady Falcons.  Belen and the Lady Bulldogs stayed undefeated at 5-0 in the UAAP Season 87 women's volleyball after a 25-13, 25-23, 25-22 win over the UP Fighting Maroons at the Mall of Asia Arena on March 9, 2025.
