German football fan joins The 92 Club at Crawley Town

German football fan Marc Slonek is completing the 92 at Crawley Town today. The Borussia Mönchengladbach fan has visited 55 countries and 1,200 games on a journey he started 15 years ago.

00:26And why are we here today at Crawley Town Football Club and why is it a special day for you?

00:30It's a special day for me to complete all the four leagues in Great Britain.

00:35So I'm in the club, 92.

00:38So why is Crawley Town the last stadium you visited to complete that 92?

00:43That was a lucky thing. I don't know, I have no...

00:49No real reason for it.

00:51So when did you start this journey?

00:53I started 15 years ago.

00:56Yeah, I have in the world around 1,200 clubs visited and also I was in 55 countries all over the world.

01:05Wow, and why did you start this journey?

01:07Yeah, I love this hobby, groundhopping and pitchhopping and I do this and collect stadiums and travel around the world.

01:15Have you got a favourite stadium you've been to?

01:17Favourite stadium in Croatia and here in Great Britain I like the old Brantford one or Fulham.

01:25Yeah, and is there a team that you actually support?

01:29Yeah, in Germany my home team is Borussia Mönchengladbach.

01:34And what about in England? Have you got a team that you sort of follow?

01:38Not really, no.

01:40Excellent, and I understand you've been to 55 different countries.

01:44What's the most interesting country you've been to?

01:47Many countries are different.

01:50I was in the Asia Cup, Australia, also next week I go to the US to watch New York and so on.

01:59Yeah, everything is special.

02:01And which club do you think has got the most interesting fans that you've been to?

02:05Has there been a particularly hostile ground you've been to or brilliant fans?

02:09Yeah, I think Eastern Europe, Poland or Czech Republic, they have also much support and do with Bengalo and so on.
