00:00Long ago, the gods elected their champion by firing a sacred arrow from the heavens.

00:09Striking the hero, the arrow bestowed upon him the power to destroy the demonic witch

00:16in her palace of ice.

00:19After vanquishing this great evil, the hero was proclaimed king.

00:26The kingdom prospered and the king was beloved by all.

00:31Each year, the gods let fly their arrow, and each year it struck the king.

00:38These moments were always a cause of celebration and festivity.

00:45But one year, a single arrow was stolen from the heavens.

00:51A wicked curse was cast upon it and aimed squarely at the king's heart.

00:58As the blackened steel pierced his breast, the curse took hold and the hero's strength drained away.

01:07Without its royal protector, the kingdom was soon overrun by a demonic army,

01:14supported by the king's former advisors, the Pages.

01:20Months passed by, yet hope still lingered in the heavens.

01:25The wise sages of the Deep Forest gathered their remaining strength

01:29to perform an ancient and long-forgotten ritual.

01:34They sought to resurrect the fallen hero and to restore some semblance of his former power,

01:40so he might enact vengeance on the traitors.
