01:19Really, let's say they even sign Marshan to an extension.

01:31I think you don't want too long of a rebuild or a retool or whatever else.

01:37But if you can maximize some of the guys on the roster right now where teams that are trying to win a cup are willing to overspend.

01:44They already overspent on Trent Frederick.

01:46Can they overspend on some of the other guys, namely Marshan, and try to get you in a position to really contend sooner rather than later?

01:53So I also feel like, Keith, they need to go way bigger.

01:59Like, if Marshan's back, there's more to be done.
