The Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission's scheduled meeting with former prime minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob has been postponed again.

According to MACC officials, the Bera MP is still on sick leave until Wednesday, March 12.

00:22However, it was postponed to Friday, March 7 due to health reasons.
00:27It was reported that the 65-year-old had collapsed at home on February 22 due to high blood pressure.
00:34On Monday, MACC Chief Tansri Azambaki announced that Ismail Sabri was a suspect in an ongoing
00:42corruption probe involving 700 million ringgit spent on government publicity during the former
00:48premier's administration.
00:51The money was allegedly spent as part of his Keluarga Malaysia promotional campaign.
00:56Following investigations into four senior officers who served under Ismail Sabri, 170
01:02million ringgit in foreign currency and 16 kilograms of gold worth nearly 7 million ringgit
01:08were seized at safe houses.
01:11Ismail Sabri served as Prime Minister from August 2021 to November 2022.
