00:35The agency's target is to reduce out-of-pocket patients

00:41including OPD, drugs, and hospitalization.
00:45Meanwhile, PhilHealth also announced that
00:48the process of Flexibility Claim Reimbursement will begin today.
00:53This is the return of unpaid claims from Dec. 1, 2018 to Dec. 31, 2024
