00:31Dr. Bernadette C. Lico, Vice President of PhilHealth National Capital Region at Rizal Province, said that there are four new benefits that our countrymen can avail.
00:41The first is dental care or preventive oral health services as part of primary care, which includes free tooth extraction, tooth cleaning, and many more.
00:53There are also pediatric optometric services for ages 0 to 15 years old and free eye and eyeglass consultations.
