Data shows 79 per cent of employers are still missing gender pay targets

The gender pay gap in Australian companies is getting narrower, but not by much. Just one-in-five businesses have eliminated it. It's the second time this data's been published, allowing workers to see which firms are making progress and which are going backwards.
