Queenslanders preparing for cyclone Alfred, as authorities continue search for Lithuanian rower lost in Coral Seas

Millions of Queenslanders are being warned to prepare for the impact of tropical cyclone Alfred, with the system expected to make landfall in the southeast by Thursday. A search and rescue operation is underway for a Lithuanian man attempting to row from San Diego to Brisbane caught up in Tropical Cyclone Alfred of the Queensland coast.
