Prosecutors in the southern city of Tainan have indicted Chen Chi-yu, the former head of Taiyen Biotech, and Su Kun-huang, the former general manger of subsidiary Taiyen Green Energy, over their involvement in a green energy fraud case. The two men allegedly siphoned off nearly US$4 million from a solar power project.
