On Wednesday morning, Chileans returned to the streets after the end of the curfew decreed as a result of the massive blackout that affected the country, although since midnight 90% of the homes already had electricity. teleSUR

00:25President Gabriel Boric declared a state of emergency and established a curfew to guarantee

00:30public safety.

00:31The National Electricity Coordinator activated a recovery plan to restore service as soon

00:37as possible.

00:38As electricity is restored, authorities continue to work to fully normalize services in the

00:43country.
