Curious Dog Ends Up Trapped by Cabinet Handle

Basil, a curious Yorkie, had just finished his bath and blow-dry when he ran outside for a quick break. Upon returning inside, he attempted to jump onto the counter for the blow dryer but got his harness stuck on a cabinet handle. His owner heard the commotion and recorded the moment.
