00:00A partylist organization is now facing a disqualification case

00:05due to the raffling of a vehicle in Barangkok West in the province of Batangas.

00:10In the petition filed by incumbent Mataas na Kahoy, Vice Mayor J. Ilagan in Comelec,

00:16he denied that the partylist did a vote-buying.

00:19If the food is distributed, it is prohibited during the campaign period,

00:23especially the distribution of three sedans.

00:26Ilagan believes that he has solid evidence,

00:30and as of now, Comelec has yet to answer if the partylist did a vote-buying,

00:36but they assured that they will immediately hear the case.
