02:19They were found to be alias Dance or Madge, a 32-year-old man from the barangay Mananti

02:56A man named Baliena was found dead in the P1, Santa Ana Wharf, Davao City, February 22, this year.

03:04He was responded to by the Coast Guard Substation Santa Ana.

03:09The Coast Guard Substation Davao and the maritime police in Davao are responsible for the death of Baliena.

03:17According to an assessment by the Veterinary Maritime Mammal Specialist in the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources,

03:23this confirmed that the dead animal was a caviar-baked whale measuring 17.3 feet long and 8.4 feet wide.

03:33It weighed around 700 kilos.

03:37The reason for the death of Baliena is still being investigated.
