00:00A new campaign, coined Share for Better Care Week, is hoped to urge patients who have used
00:05the NHS recently to share feedback in order to improve health and social care services.
00:11It's been reported that 9 in 10 people in England want better health and social care
00:14services, despite many not taking the time to submit feedback.
00:18As a result, the Care Quality Commission and Healthwatch England are calling on people
00:23to report their health and social care experiences in order to form improvements for the system.
00:29The campaign is hoped to support the voice of local people and communities, particularly
00:34from those from lower income communities and from those with sensory impairments, for example.
00:40The CQC has said that feedback helps to identify safety issues.
00:44Furthermore, positive feedback allows healthcare professionals to share good practice and it
00:49can help boost staff morale in turn.
00:52But what do you think?
00:53If you have personal feedback following NHS treatment, what did you think was good practice
00:58and what do you think could be improved?
