00:00I'm at Choice on Lucas, Butchers and Delicatessen, Northern High Street.
00:06It's recently been taken over by Richard Parrish after the retirement of home standing owner Chris Glanville.
00:14He ran the shop for 36 years.
00:19They're closed today, but we're just going to have a look and see what wonderful things they have on offer.
00:26So we have a range of pies.
00:30And we have some specials.
00:33And some exotic diced goat, duck breast, lamb shanks, sweetbreads.
00:40And many exotic steaks.
00:43Zebra, horse, ostrich and wild boar, even kangaroo.
00:53So this is the modern world of butchery.
00:56And this is the modern world.
