00:54The important thing, as I said to Whitey when I got to tell him, is he's actually deserved every bit of it.

00:59If you look at the work that you've done and the commitment you've had,

01:02clearly you've gone about earning the respect of the boys by putting your head down and getting to work.

01:07And you knew the opportunity was only small, didn't you?

01:09You sort of knew, maybe there's a chance, maybe not.

01:11Kept your hope up.

01:12So you always maintained, always thought through, always said, I'm here for the experience.

01:15I'm here for the experience, I just want to get better.

01:17And for that reason, maybe not because you weren't outcome focused.

01:22It was really hard telling you last week that you weren't going to necessarily be in that spot or get that spot.

01:27But it was really good telling you today that you have.
