Experts say no guarantee GPs will take up plan to increase bulk billing

The Coalition has promised to match Labor's $8.5 billion election promise to boost bulk billing for GP appointments. It means both major parties are committing to lifting bulk billing rates and committing to a lot of extra spending in the budget.
