00:00So you made it in the first two games, but now you were given a longer playing time, you took full advantage of it, what can you say about your game today?
00:10I think I just tried to make the most out of this game because I wasn't able to help my teammates in those first two games.
00:18So my mindset going into this game was really just to give my all and really be able to be a good teammate to all of my teammates.
00:25We all worked really really hard in training and we all really sacrificed a lot to be here.
00:30So I think I just wanted to make the best out of everything we sacrificed and just play my game.
00:35So with your injured teammates, how motivated are you to continue to put your 5k for the rest of the tournament in your push to win the final?
00:45I think we're really very motivated, like now more so even.
00:49Because as I said, we're not just playing for ourselves, we're also playing for the Ateneo community, we're playing for Zel and JLo.
00:55And I think that's really something that we can get our strength from.
00:58That's really something that we can keep working hard towards.
01:02Is to just try to make the final four and help each other along the way.
01:06Are you satisfied that you were able to get a win this year?
01:10Of course, with all the sacrifices we made this past pre-market, we're really happy because we were able to get a win this season.
01:19And I hope this will boost our confidence and we'll be able to work on what we need to improve in our skills.
01:26Since we know that we can really give during the game.
01:30Stepping outside of skills, you have a sports psychologist inside the team and that's important in the mental aspect.
01:36How has that helped you, especially with all the unexpected things that happened this year?
01:42Actually, I'm very thankful to Ma'am Juju and Coach Cam because they were there to help us manage our emotions.
01:50And they were also there when we needed to open up, when we were having a hard time in certain aspects.
01:55They were there to listen and to help us get the fees that we needed.
01:59And you said that you had negative emotions, but now of course you're positive that you got a win.
02:05How can you not be happy with what happened and forget to get ready for the next moments?
02:12Coach said that we're one game at a time.
02:16And of course, after this, we need to focus on the next game since we have a week to prepare.
02:22And of course, we need to bring what we learned from this game to the next game.
02:28And we'll be able to improve on what we need to improve.
02:30What can you say to the Ateneo community so far this season?
02:34Especially that they're really showing up for the team regardless of what's happening.
02:38We're really thankful to the Ateneo community because their support is amazing.
02:44And they're not the only ones supporting us, even if we lose or win, we're still there.
02:50So we're really thankful.
02:52Lian, this season, out of all the players, there are more eyes on you than being a senior.
02:58But how are you handling the brunt of those expectations, particularly for this season?
03:03Of course, as a senior, and also last year, there's pressure.
03:09It won't go away.
03:10But I also talked to myself that I can't put everything on me.
03:14Because my teammates are there to help me.
03:16And we all contribute.
03:18This isn't a one-man show.
03:21We're not star players, but what I want to call our team is a star team.
03:28Because when we're together, our team is really strong.
03:31And all throughout, the former Ateneo players, like from Vani to Eliza,
03:36their support is amazing.
03:38So how do you use that support, even during trainings or during games,
03:42that they're still rooting for you guys?
03:45Of course, we're very happy.
03:46Because they're still there, no matter what happens.
03:48Win or lose.
03:49And we know, even if they don't get to watch our busy schedules,
03:53they're still there to support us.
03:56Right?
