00:06The price per kilo has dropped from Php 4 to Php 5.

00:15From Php 320 per kilo last month, the price of tomatoes has dropped to Php 40 per kilo.

00:22So, from the low cost of using tomatoes in cooking,

00:25now, it's possible to grow a lot of tomatoes.

00:33If tomatoes are expensive, it's Php 20 per tomato.

00:38If this is a favorite price among the buyers, it will be a loss for the farmers.

00:43Yesterday, the farmers of Nueva Ecija were selling only Php 4 per kilo.

00:48The total sales amounted to Php 9,680.

00:52The farmers were also able to pay for the tomatoes and the truck that delivered the product.
