00:12where it is stipulated that they need to register with their political finance and affairs department
00:22of the individual, candidate or organization that will conduct and issue an election survey.
00:30Those who conduct and issue a survey will be given 15 days by Comelec to complete their registration.
00:39If they fail, their survey can be suspended by the authorities.
00:46Registered survey companies or entities also need to submit a comprehensive report to PFUD
00:55within 5 days after the survey is issued.
00:59Candidates may also be included in the survey.
01:07Comelec also emphasized that this is an important step for transparency,
01:11especially since surveys play a major role in selecting our countrymen to vote in the election.
01:19Those who do not comply will be considered to have an election offense.
