Aston Martin Aramco and Fernando Alonso Inspire the Next Generation of Racers

00:00Well, today we are in Oviedo, in Spain, in my museum, my hometown.

00:13I have this possibility with Aramco and Aston Martin, the head of the Aramco Spanish Grand

00:17Prix, to really inspire the next generation.

00:21We have a lot of kids that came today to discover the world of motorsport, and yeah, we've been

00:26doing some workshops outside the driving staff, and also, obviously, the karting, which is

00:31the main activity.

00:32This is obviously our third event.

00:34The first one was in Saudi, second in Shanghai in China, and we're now here in Spain.

00:39It's really fantastic that we're able to do this across the world.

00:43We're able to bring a positive influence and inspire the younger generation as well.

00:47I found it very interesting, especially, I'm very interested in the more technical part

00:51of F1, right?

00:52I want to be an engineer when I grow up.

00:54Yeah, I think that the workshop was very interesting in terms of learning about how the car works,

00:58etc.

00:59Yeah, I enjoyed it a lot.

01:01We're really lucky as students to have this opportunity to be able to not only meet Fernando

01:07Alonso, obviously, but also to have a fun day.

01:11It is very special to be in Spain, especially before the Aramco 2024 Spanish Grand Prix,

01:19because it's happening in my home city, and to be part of this Spanish Grand Prix 2024

01:26in Spain with Aramco, with Aston Martin Formula 1, it's very, very special indeed.
