00:00Cesar Chavez was appointed as acting secretary of the Presidential Communications Office, PCO, after more than five months in office.

00:08Igor Chavez, according to him, did not fulfill his duties properly.

00:13Until February 28, he was only in office or earlier if there will be a replacement.

00:18He has not yet announced who will replace him as PCO secretary.

00:22Before being appointed as PCO, Chavez served as Transportation Undersecretary and Presidential Assistant for Strategic Communications.
