00:00Blake Lively has submitted an updated complaint in a legal battle with Justine Baltoni, adding

00:06new claims and evidence.

00:08The revised 163-page filing was submitted to a New York federal court on Feb. 18, refining

00:14the lawsuit she first filed on Dec. 31.

00:17Blake's lawyers Ezra Hudson and Mike Godley claim this version strengthens her initial

00:23allegations and includes previously undisclosed communications with Sony, Wayfarer Studios,

00:29and multiple witnesses.

00:32A major addition to the complaint is a new defamation claim against Baltoni and his associates.

00:38According to a legal team, this claim stems from repeated false statements the defendants

00:43have made about Ms. Lively since the original lawsuit.

00:47Jed Wallace and his company have also named as defendants in the case.

00:51Wallace, in a separate legal filing, has denied any involvement in an alleged smear campaign

00:57against Lively.

00:59The lawsuit alleges that Lively was not only the one to raise concerns about Baltoni's

01:04behavior on the set of It Ends With Us.

01:07It states Ms. Lively was not alone in complaining about Mr. Baltoni and raised concerns contemporaneously

01:13as they arose in 2023, not in connection with some imagined powerplay for control of the

01:19film in 2024.

01:21The filing also claims that two other actresses from the production are willing to testify

01:26about their own experiences.

01:29Their names were withheld to prevent potential online harassment.

01:34The amended complaint presents a timeline of events starting from May 2023, including

01:39a message from Lively to a mutual acquaintance in which she wrote,

01:46I wasn't expecting that turn.

01:48She also described Baltoni and his partner Jamie Heath as creeps.

01:53Since the lawsuit became public, both Blake Lively and Justin Baltoni have engaged in

01:58legal actions against each other, with Baltoni accusing Lively of trying to gain creative

02:03control over the film.

02:04The case is expected to go on trial in March 2026.
