00:00Thank you, Mr. Speaker.
00:02My question is this.
00:04Many people who come to us in Musa'imat say that they have asked for it, but they have not received it,
00:11or it is too late, and so on.
00:14Can you tell us what are the factors of the failure of this request,
00:20and how many percent have failed in this request? Thank you.
00:27I refer to a respectful question.
00:29Whether it is a request from the people of Musa'imat,
00:32or a request from the Household Credit Guarantee Scheme,
00:35if the people of Musa'imat, this is a very popular product,
00:40because it is bought with a very large subsidy,
00:44where each house of Musa'imat is built with a cost of Rp 75,000,
00:50but the buyer or the people only pay Rp 55,000.
00:54In other words, each house of Musa'imat, the government has given a subsidy of Rp 20,000 for each house.
01:02Therefore, based on the incentives that have been offered,
01:07this is a very interesting offer, and it has caused a long waiting list.
01:13Therefore, KPKT is eager to request for more,
01:18so that this year we can offer more houses to the people of Musa'imat,
01:23to the landowners, and for us to help.
01:28For the SJKP scheme, as I have explained,
01:31Rp 76,000 has received a subsidy from the government guarantee,
01:38with a very high amount of guarantees, which is Rp 17.6 billion.
01:44So that when financial institutions provide loans,
01:49they are not worried because the loan is guaranteed by the government.
01:54Therefore, I request that you help KPKT to promote the products, initiatives,
02:01and the foundations of our people,
02:04so that we can protect and defend the welfare of the people.
02:10That's all. Thank you.
