01:13will be built on a P750 million budget and will be carried out in two phases in a three-year

01:28The facility's ground area will offer amenities such as a retail concourse, food and beverage
01:33services area, lounges, large parking spaces and other utilities.
01:38The structure will rise within the 6.1-hectare complex of the abandoned Leyte Park Resort
