00:16ground, alongside others, if there is a lasting peace agreement.

00:22I'm even a little irritated about these debates, I want to say this openly.

00:26Here, from the heads of Ukraine, the results of peace talks that did not take place,

00:33and with which Ukraine did not say yes and did not sit at the table,

00:37they talked about possible variants of the results.

00:40This is highly inappropriate, to say it openly and honestly.

00:44There should be no decisions about Ukraine, without Ukraine, no decisions when it comes

00:49to European security.

00:52If we want a lasting and fair peace, and therefore we do not want a false closure,

00:56an active participation of the European Union and Ukraine is required.
