Das neue Koop-Dungeon-Spiel Fellowship macht das Dungeon-Gameplay aus MMORPGs zum eigenständigen Spiel und zeigt es im Trailer.

00:00Hi everyone, I'm Hamish Bode, Community Director for Fellowship.
00:04On behalf of the team here at Chief Ripple, we couldn't be more excited to invite you all to our public playtest.
00:09But first things first, I'd like to give you an overview of our game
00:12and get you up to speed on what you can expect in Fellowship.
00:31Fellowship is a multiplayer online dungeon adventure, or emoter,
00:35taking the best parts of the end-game MMO experience and putting them front and center.
00:40If you love cooperative dungeon-focused gameplay, Fellowship is the game for you.
00:47To get started in our game, you'll first select your hero from our roster of tanks, healers and damage dealers.
00:52A tank's primary role is to absorb damage and keep the enemy focused on them.
00:58Positioning and threat management are key to optimal tank play.
01:03Damage dealers are the ones that bring the pain to the enemy.
01:06You want to be doing as much damage as possible to take down the enemies while the tank keeps them busy.
01:12A healer keeps the team in tip-top shape,
01:14focusing on keeping everyone's health and health bar up.
01:18After selecting a hero you'd like to play, you'll find yourself in the Stronghold,
01:21a shared hub where you can get ready for your next adventure, manage your stash, upgrade gear
01:26and figure out your rotations on the training dummies.
01:31Once you're ready, open up our group finder to find like-minded players
01:34that are looking for the same challenge that you are.
01:38A group finder is a place where you can find the best players for your team.
01:41Once your group is found, you'll start the dungeon and fight your way through packs of enemies,
01:45each with unique and challenging abilities of their own that you'll need to keep an eye on.
01:51You and your group will have to work together and take out enough of these enemies
01:54to up your kill score as you make your way towards the boss.
01:58Now, these bosses aren't your standard hack-and-slash fare,
02:01and you'll need to pay careful attention to the boss mechanics that you'll encounter.
02:05A lot of our encounters will make veterans feel right at home,
02:08while others will push the boundaries to give players an entirely new challenge.
02:18As players reach higher difficulties, these bosses will become even more challenging
02:22as they unlock their own advanced mechanics and abilities.
02:25Pay attention and communicate with your group,
02:27and you'll be able to get the most out of each encounter.
02:30During these dungeons, you'll also need to keep a close eye on your own abilities,
02:33their cooldowns, including your ultimate, and find the optimal time to use them.
02:44Once you take down that final boss and have fulfilled the kill score requirement for the dungeon,
02:48you'll be handsomely rewarded with a big shiny chest of rewards,
02:51and you'll be able to get the most out of each encounter.

03:02You'll then return to the stronghold to revel in your rewards,
03:05as well as the new skills, talents, and power that will be added to your toolbox for that hero along the way.
03:14But that's just the beginning.
03:16When you're ready, it's time to dive straight back into your next dungeon,
03:19which may take you around 30 minutes as you work your way through multiple bosses.
03:23Or, if you're short on time, we also have adventures which have a single boss and will take about 10-15 minutes each.
03:30We want to give you options to chase down the loot you need in the time that you have available.
03:35With each completed dungeon and adventure,
03:37you'll gain the power you need to take on new and increasingly difficult challenges,
03:41and you'll be rewarded with loot that is far more powerful than what you began with.
03:49For those of you that haven't played a game like this for whatever reason,
03:52maybe you just didn't have the time,
03:54or the prospect of doing NPC quests for hundreds of hours didn't appeal to you,
03:59we are so excited to invite you into an experience that has been hidden away from you for way too long.
04:05We've put a lot of work into making sure that you have the best experience right from the start.
04:11We know that for a lot of you, your competitive spirit is why you'll want to play Fellowship.
04:16We've included high-skilled cap heroes in our roster,
04:19a group finder system so you can find similarly skilled players,
04:22customizable UI, we've also got leaderboards to climb, gear to collect,
04:26and a bunch of ways to gain the prestige that comes with being the best in the business.
04:37This is just the beginning of the Fellowship journey,
04:39and we can't wait to make this game with and for our community,
04:42so make sure you jump into our public playtest available at Steam Next Fest starting February 24th.
