00:06been arrested by the police, along with his wife.

00:10Sepang Deputy Police Chief Sean Gopal Krishnan said the couple was arrested at Kota Warisan

00:15yesterday, Sinar Harian reported.

00:18The six-year-old man was later released on police bail, while his 50-year-old wife was

00:23remanded to be probed under the Immigration Act for overstaying in Malaysia.

00:28Sean said the motive for the offensive signboard is still being investigated, and police have

00:33recorded statements from seven witnesses to assist in the investigation.

00:37The case is being investigated under Section 505B of the Penal Code for statements contributing

00:42to public mischief, Section 4 of the Sedition Act 1948, and Section 233 of the Communications

00:48and Multimedia Act 1998 for improper use of network facilities.

00:53Previously, the hawker apologized over the signboard, which stated that his produce was

00:58not for sale to Indians.
