00:00Pain is a great method of Prakriti.

00:05It helps you know that you need to go to the doctor.

00:10But too much pain can just bring your system down.

00:15It can cause an internal collapse.

00:18Pain is a great messenger, but pain by itself is not the remedy.

00:24One must listen to the messenger quickly.

00:27And in listening lies the remedy.

00:31I indeed have said that the greatest method for liberation is suffering.

00:37But why suffer so much?

00:39I haven't said that you require unmitigated and infinite suffering to be liberated.

00:48Wisdom lies in suffering little and flying away quickly.
