00:00According to the Philippine News Agency, the main expressways in Luzon will become cashless from March 15.

00:10The TOL Regulatory Board explained that a few months of dry run in the cashless or contactless transaction program has ended.

00:18According to the TRB, there should be an electronic toll collection or RFID for the vehicles passing through the toll plazas.

00:28The TRB warned that it will issue a show-cause order for vehicles without RFID due to the violation of the No Valid ETC Device No Entry Policy.

00:39The TRB urged motorists to attach RFIDs to the loading stations inside and outside the expressways.
