01:19It is expected that among the 3,000 pre-identified existing household beneficiaries of 4-piece,

01:53named Michie Natad, her on the spot as a cashier in a mall in Panabo, Davao del Norte,
01:59where she has been a 4-piece beneficiary for seven years.
02:02I am very thankful. If it wasn't for 4-piece, I wouldn't have been able to fulfill my dreams.
02:10According to the Regional Director of DSWD Region 11, Merlinda Paragamac,
02:15the program is a great help for 4-piece beneficiaries because they have been in the program for seven years
02:21and they need to transition out.
02:23This activity is important because we provide services for them.
02:29We wanted them to have work so that our assistance to our 4-piece beneficiaries will be sustainable.
02:39The Department of Labor and Employment Region 11 also helped,
02:43where they were also invited to various employer and partner companies
02:49where there are a total of 887 job vacancies prepared for the beneficiaries.
