00:00Hello everyone, this is Fala Gulzar from the Gulf News social media team
00:04And I'm here with our senior visual journalist Ahmed Ramzan and we are here to try out the Mushrif Park cycling track
00:11So, let's see what's in store
00:14Apparently I've been told that there are different zones green blue red depending on their difficulty
00:19So there's something for everyone beginners and more advanced people
00:23They're also going to be increasing how long the track is currently. It's 20 kilometers. So let's go
00:30So
00:53I'm quite out of breath because I have gone all around and I'll admit I'm not that fit right now
01:00But it was great as a beginner. I didn't find it too difficult because I stuck to the green area
01:05So right now I'm having a great time. I'm watching the sunset
01:10While cycling what more do you want?
01:30I
01:43Just got done with the whole trail and I'm quite tired I will admit but it was great
01:49I saw the sunset. I saw birds flying. I saw nature
01:53I was one with nature and this is an excellent way to do that in the UAE
01:57Here the track is completely free of cost you can come with your own bike your own gear your own helmet
02:03Don't forget that. Otherwise, you can even rent one here and you get a helmet along with it. So don't worry
02:09You'll be well prepared
02:10there's also a little cafe if you get tired by the end of the track you can come and grab a bite grab a
02:15quick smoothie and
02:17Do check it out. This track was opened by Sheikh Hamdan and of course Dubai is a very healthy city
02:24So let's do our part
