00:09According to the PCG, 43 nautical miles away was the CCG 3304 from Dalampasigan, Bolinao

00:16before it was spotted by the DRP Cabra at more than 100 nautical miles from the town of Bani.

00:22At around 6 p.m. yesterday, the CCG Vessel 3103 was spotted heading towards Masinlok.
