00:00The Pasay Metropolitan Trial Court ruled that the case of Acts of Lasciviousness was filed by the actor Sandro Mulac against a director and a script writer.

00:11In the decision, the court said that this is already a part of the separate case of Rape Through Sexual Assault

00:18filed by Mulac in the Pasay Regional Trial Court against Giorgio Nones and Richard Cruz.

00:24Therefore, according to the court, the filing of the separate two counts of Acts of Lasciviousness is already overkill.

00:31In an Instagram story, Sandro said that the heavier case has not yet been dismissed.
