00:25including fishing boats, gillnets, tuna handlines,
00:31lumbaklad, and payaw, to raise their catch, particularly tuna.
00:36According to BFAR Fisheries Regulatory Officer, Luther Tangson,
00:41fishermen will also receive spearguns as a form of support
00:46in their actual way of fishing.
00:49The province of Dingalan is known as the next tuna capital of the country,
00:53where it recorded almost 500,000 kilos per year in its Community Fish Landing Center.

01:43optimization of DOH budget utilization,
01:46and acquisition of alternative funding sources

01:53DOH has assisted the Philippine Country Coordinating Mechanism for the Global Fund
01:59to address the existing funding gap in HIV, AIDS, malaria, and tuberculosis programs.
