00:00Immunity is very important for every individual.
00:07So there are certain measures that every person can actually do in order to improve or optimize
00:12their immunity.
00:13The first thing is to sleep.
00:14It's very important to get ample amount of sleep and then to have a balanced diet.
00:18So your vitamins and avoiding harmful snacks or foods such as sugar.
00:25Also it's important to hydrate yourself.
00:27Having water is absolutely important because it ensures that all the organs are functioning
00:32in full capacity.
00:35And all these small measures and very doable measures actually can significantly improve
00:41the immunity and also ensures that a person can actually resist catching diseases.
00:49This virus, when it affects someone, 80% of them will have mild symptoms.
00:54And 20% will probably progress into more moderate or severe symptoms.
01:01And those target groups that are going to be affected with higher symptoms are basically
01:08the immunocompromised individuals.
01:13So elderly that have chronic problems, whether it's respiratory diseases or high blood pressure
01:21or heart disease, are all prone to possibly deteriorate more than your healthy individuals.
01:30So based on statistics, from every 10 person that gets infected, only 8 will get some mild
01:37symptoms.
01:38And then the other 2, or let's say the 20% of the population that gets infected, might
01:45get symptoms that are a bit more than mild.
01:47Based on our information, no one is excluded from getting this disease.
01:51All we know is that statistically, kids are less prone and the elderly are more prone
01:56to getting complications from this disease.
