00:26is oreo and cream. And for that we will use also the chocolate chip. It's homemade. It's
00:33a bit soft. We're going to put the ice cream in the cookie. So first you will put it on
00:39the top. And another cookie on top of it. And you will just squeeze it. There we go.
00:52Hi everyone! Today I'm going to show you how to make the Cookie Monster ice cream sandwich. So
01:13first this is our ice cream base. So it's completely liquid how we start our ice cream.
01:21So first we're going to flavor the ice cream with something that we call blue vanilla.
01:27So as you can see it's completely liquid. So as I pour the liquid nitrogen inside it will
01:42instantly freeze the ice cream because the temperature of the liquid nitrogen is minus
01:49196 degrees Celsius. So that's really cold. So what it does is it instantly freezes your
01:59ice cream and creates smaller ice crystals compared to conventional normal ice cream.
02:04So the ice cream wouldn't be called Cookie Monster if it doesn't have cookies inside.
02:19So we're going to put some chunks of cookies inside. So that's chunks of oreo cookies.
02:26And I will assemble the base with the bottom side of the cookies first. And we're going to
02:36scoop our Cookie Monster ice cream which we made earlier.
02:56And then there's the top part of it.
