00:25remains affordable through subsidies. Beyond being climate resilient, the department also
00:31ensures that buildings and houses constructed under the National Housing for Filipino Housing,
00:37or 4PH program, are equipped with adequate facilities and continues to relocate
00:43residents from danger zones to safer areas.
