00:17that must make you think, why are we not immediately,

00:21as a sort of matter of emergency, making changes?

00:32Well, I want a full public inquiry into the failings in my father's death.

00:37The guy that did it to him was known to Prevent,

00:41and he was reported by his head teacher.

00:44Prevent failed to take it seriously, took him for a coffee.

00:48He said he wasn't a terrorist.

00:49They let him go, and then he committed this terrible, terrible attack.

00:55And three and a half years later, I still don't have any answers.

01:08now the Labour government.

01:09Every door is being slammed in my face.

01:23and a full inquiry has been launched into their case.

01:25What is it in my father's case that they do not want

01:28coming to see the light of day?
