00:00The Chinese Coast Guard's approach to the coastline of Zambales was successfully stopped by the BRP Cabra.

00:08The Philippine Coast Guard, despite the smaller size of the BRP Cabra,

00:17managed to maintain a distance of 78 to 55 or 85 nautical miles from the Chinese ship

00:25and our exclusive economic zone.

00:28Aside from that, the BRP Cabra also faced one of the two largest fisheries research ships of China,

00:35the Lanhai 101, from the coastline of Pangasinan.

00:41This is the so-called research vessel, first detected to enter the archipelagic waters of the Philippines

00:48because it entered the ocean in the worst condition in the northern part of the Palawan.

00:53The Philippine Coast Guard was enraged by the activity of the so-called Chinese ship inside our EEZ

00:59by violating the Philippine Maritime Zones Act, UNCLOS, and the 2016 Arbitral Award.

01:07The Philippine Coast Guard will continue its efforts to address China's illegal presence in our territory.
