00:00Oh, that's a lovely compliment. I don't know how to answer the question though. I am just,
00:15I think while I came in being myself, you know, there are times when I get lost and
00:23then I find my feet again. But I think I'm becoming more and more authentic with time.
00:30Because I feel that I'm happiest when I'm like that.
00:35People are waiting to see different kinds of stories. They're bored of the same fare.
00:40It's nice to see women being portrayed as human beings, you know, and not just being glorified
00:46or vilified. We have our flaws, we have our limitations, but we are, you know, we have
00:51our dreams. We'll go out and, you know, we love as passionately as we'll hate or avenge or,
00:57you know, pursue a profession or something like that. So I think it's making for so much
01:05more inspirational and believable content.
01:11I am a student of psychology and sociology. So I know that when you don't just move towards,
01:18you know, the darker side of you. So I need at least even if it's not being shown in the story,
01:25I need some backstory for me to, yeah, I need to figure that out in my head,
01:30you know, so I always do that for all characters anyway. But maybe until a year ago, I wasn't
01:37okay to delve into my dark side. But now slowly, that's what's attracting me.
01:47I was a wreck the day we shot it. When I saw her do the rehearsal, I don't know what
01:52happened to me. Something just washed over me. It was like I was overwhelmed. And I burst out
01:59crying. I think just the thought that a child might feel the need to do that. It's crazy. Yeah,
02:05yeah, it is. Okay. I finally got through the scene, thankfully. Were you emotional even after
02:11it? No, I think it is. Are you still the same after or does the movie change you in some ways?
02:16I think every movie alters me in some way. Every character leaves behind some sort of residue. I
02:23really feel that the choices I make respond to something that I'm seeking at that point in my
02:33life. So it may not be the same story. I feel like at every point in life, the choices I've
02:39made are reflective of my state of mind. I think a lot. I process everything. I think that's also
02:46part of the reason I need to do films to give that expression, you know, that understanding
02:51sometimes or sometimes a confusion. I love decoding human behaviour. That is really my pet peeve.
03:01It's great that people are just saying, listen, stop being a bully. Yes. You know, you have no
03:05right to judge me. And I think I've been through that. You know it, you know that that curve. It's
03:12high time, you know, you just said, listen, stop. Who are you to? I can like sometimes when people
03:18make comments about other people's bodies, I want to say, but what about the size of your brain?
03:22You know, you know, just because, yeah, but just because it's not seen doesn't mean,
03:29you know, it's not up for judgment. So just take a chill pill, yeah.
