00:00Vinny and Shraddha both love to dance.
00:14Shraddha has been wanting to dance since she was very small, since she was very young and
00:19she has finally gotten a chance to dance.
00:24The work didn't feel like work and it became fun, you know, even like we had the most difficult
00:28steps to do then in between we would like fool with each other, talk rubbish to each
00:32other.
00:33I think Shraddha has that thing in her personality that when you're around her, nothing feels
00:37like really heavy and you're not very stressed and I'm someone who gets stressed and stresses
00:41people out.
00:42She kind of calms me down and she's like, beta varun, aaransi.
00:46But I think if you really love what you do, eventually you don't even take it as work,
00:50you know.
00:52So for me, like I've been wanting to act since I was, I was a little girl.
00:56So it's like the last thing, like it's like doing something that you've always wanted
01:01to do.
01:02And then you get to do it with a good friend.
01:04So it gets even better.
01:06You know, then the whole experience is because we've grown up together, we've been on our
01:11father's sets together and we know what it's like, you know, like set life, what it is.
01:18So it would actually first, we knew each other before both of us became actors.
01:22So first you're like, you know, can you believe it, we're doing a movie together.
01:26It's kind of surreal, you know, cool.
01:28That was funny, for a bit, till we had to actually say like romantic lines and comedy
01:34lines and I was like, Vinny, kya karto hain tumhi and all that.
01:37Vinny, kya karto hain tumhi is not romantic.
01:40I know.
01:41It's Vinny, what are you doing?
01:42That means Vinny, what are you doing?
01:43So we're playing Maharashtrians and she is actually a Maharashtrian, so to get that dialect
01:48right and all, she speaks it actually.
01:49So I kind of, spending time with her, learn those things and try to imbibe that in my character.
01:57Varun actually tweeted his image and he said six pack.
02:02I think he made a mistake by counting, there were eight packs, Varun.
02:05How have you made these eight packs?
02:07Because the last two aren't like as defined.
02:10I could count them.
02:11I was like, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8.
02:16So they're showing sometimes, it's more than the abs, it's about, when we did these dance
02:22routines and stuff like that, I lost a lot of weight, she lost a lot of weight, a lot
02:26of my body fat percentage was at a good 6 to 7% when I was doing a certain song in the
02:31film, Chunar.
02:32And that's only because of dancing, because your body stretches and stuff like that, so
02:35you kind of, the fat from those areas just evaporates and dancing I think is the best
02:39exercise a person can do and it's so much fun to do as well.
02:42I remembered one thing that when we signed the film, the first thing Shraddha, because
02:47she met me, she's like, oh we're dancers and all that stuff.
02:49So we're dancers.
02:50Shraddha was just like, every time she met me for the first two, three days, she just
02:53did this, yeah, yeah, yeah.
02:55So I was like, Shraddha, what are you doing?
02:57Because that's not called dancing.
02:58She's like, no, no, we're dancers, we're energetic.
03:00Come, come, come.
03:02Do you remember this?
03:03In fact, Remo has said that because you didn't know dancing, it was easier to make you dance.
03:10That's a great thing to say.
03:12I think the fact that he said that is really, really heartwarming to begin with and you
03:22know, it's so important for somebody else to have a lot of faith in you.
03:28Also, even if you are doubting yourself, would I be able to do it or no?
03:33So Varun never lost his faith in me.
03:36Remo sir never lost, Lauren never lost her faith in me.
03:40We match each other in one routine and she's a dancing diva and I have to match her.
03:47So it's been life changing.
03:52Yeah.
03:53Yeah.
03:54Yeah.
03:55Yeah.
