It has been a highly guarded secret - until now. Take a look at the Emirates A380 First Class cabin.

00:12Emirates had been extremely tight-lipped about the interior of their first A380, so let's

00:16take a whistle-stop tour around and see what's new.

00:20Forget economy class for just one second, let's fast-forward to business class.

00:25The place for any serious business traveller, Emirates' new club cabin has some improved

00:30features.

00:31Fully reclining seats, a 15-inch LCD touchscreen, minibar next to your chair, and a whole host

00:37of multimedia gizmos.

00:39Nice spread over there, she's on her way to first class, which is our next stop.

00:44The new first class cabin is oozing with opulence.

00:47Your own personal suite with electric sliding door, 23-inch LCD screen, minibar, vanity

00:54mirror and access to the first class refreshment area.

00:57Just as we were making our way to dinner, we bumped into His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin

01:01Saeed Al Maktoum on the stairs.

01:03We asked him what he thought of the new addition to the fleet.

01:05I think the A380, it's an aircraft we've been waiting for and to enter the service with

01:11Emirates.

01:12I think it's a different standard, I would say, in terms of size, number of passengers.

01:25But the real buzz about the new Emirates A380 is this, the shower spa.

01:30There's two of them on board, ideal if you need to wash your nooks and crannies before

01:34you arrive at your destination.

01:36Inside we found a man who claims he has made aviation history.

01:40Yeah, I was the first, probably first passenger ever at Emirates having a really hot shower

01:44this morning, somewhere above the Black Sea, I think, or high above Turkey somewhere.

01:50And I spent a few minutes in the shower cubicle here, you can see it here.

01:54And it was really a very nice experience.

01:55Actually, it was not a very big difference to my own shower at home.

02:00At the back of the plane, there's also an executive lounge you can unwind in.

02:03Oh, okay then, let's take a look at economy class.

02:07It's actually quite spacious.

02:09Mood lighting and flat walls are supposed to give the feeling of more space and leave

02:13you feeling fresher.

02:15It might be an A380, but you'll still find people sleeping across the seats.

02:19But this aircraft is Dubai at its best.

02:22It's a futuristic engineering marvel with cutting-edge in-flight service.

02:26But just be careful, you may not want to fly standard economy class ever again.
