Emirates long awaited Airbus A380 super jumbo touched down in Dubai after its delivery flight from Hamburg.

00:12The mammoth aircraft is the first of nearly 60 to be delivered from Airbus' plant in Hamburg.

00:18The 489-seat double-deck aircraft took off Tuesday morning and circled the German city

00:24before heading to its new home in Dubai.

00:27Emirates had promised the cabin would be loaded with some ground-breaking features

00:31and they didn't disappoint.

00:33Top of the list are two shower spas in the first-class cabin, where you can freshen up

00:37on those ultra-long-haul flights.

00:40The giant A380's next destination will be New York, where it will head on its inaugural

00:45flight on August 1.
