Kanye West is using his $8 million Super Bowl commercial to sell $20 shirts featuring nothing more than a hate symbol.

00:06like he pulled one over on large numbers of people who saw his Super Bowl ad.

00:13Now, where you are, you might not have seen this, because it only ran in three cities.

00:18No, no, no, it may have run in more.

00:20The local stations may have run it all over the country.

00:23But he planned, the buy was for Los Angeles, Atlanta, and Philly.

00:28But this ad, a 30-second spot, which cost him $8 million, was promoting his website,

00:33which might seem innocent.

00:35It's a bizarre ad. I mean, he doesn't say anything, essentially.

00:38It's very similar to the local ad he bought last year during the Super Bowl.

00:41This is now a thing he's doing, but...

00:44He says nothing.

00:46Literally next to nothing.

00:49He just talks about getting a grill, he spent all the money on this grill, and...

00:54Um, um, um, um, um, and it's over.

00:57And it's over.

00:58So, the problem, if you saw that ad, you might have gone to Yeezy.com.

01:04And there was only one item. It's sort of like Raising Cane, but the Nazi version.

01:14That is the one thing that is for sale at Yeezy.com.

01:23It's pretty unbelievable in light of the rant that he went on on X recently,

01:26announcing he's a Nazi, calling himself Yadav Gittler.

01:29Now he has a single t-shirt with a swastika on it.

01:31And if you needed a reminder of who he is and whether he was sincere about these beliefs, here it is.

01:36But the scary thing is he's moving a lot of this merch.

01:39There's sources that say he moved 100,000 of these shirts for $2 million in revenue.

01:45So, it's pretty incredible commentary on where we are as a country right now.

01:48Wow, that's shocking.

01:49Maybe not shocking.

01:51But it's really troubling.

01:53Yes, definitely very troubling.

01:55So, the question, how did the ad get on?

01:57Right.

01:58Because this would have been something he had to buy.

02:02On Thursday and Friday is when he went on that anti-Semitic rant.

02:05Where he flat out said, I'm a Nazi.

02:07Yeah, I love Hitler.

02:09Said all that stuff.

02:10So, this was a couple of days before the Super Bowls with the question, why did the ad run?

02:14Well, here is the process that we're told.

02:17This is the approval process.

02:20On Friday, as he was posting that stuff, the ad goes to people at Fox for approval.

02:27And what they're looking at, they're basing it purely on the content of the ad.

02:31And it looked innocent enough.

02:33It was just him.

02:34He says nothing.

02:35And there was nothing on the website.

02:36When you went to Yeezy.com on Friday, it was still as usual.

02:40It was blank.

02:41No, it wasn't blank.

02:42Oh, I thought it was blank.

02:43Usual Yeezy merchandise that would be there.

02:46Oh, right, right, right.

02:47Shoes, shirts.

02:49It seemed innocent.

02:50Body suits.

02:51It seemed innocent.

02:52And so, it gets approved.

02:54No one was looking at what he was putting on his social media.

02:59Now, we're told that he bought the ad through an ad agency.

03:03And then the ad agency goes to Fox.

03:06We're told it is typically the ad agency's job to vet what the client has going on outside of this commercial.

03:17We are told Fox had issues with the ad agency not giving a heads up on this thing.

03:23Right.

03:24Well, here's what I also don't understand.

03:25Since 2022, he's had these noxious views.

03:28So, why is he not on a sort of do not fly list for commercials during the Super Bowl?

03:32It's not just the content of the ad is maybe innocuous, but Kanye West has been this figure for a number of years.

03:38Because he's always forgiven.

03:40You know what I mean?

03:41It's like, at a point, people kind of just brush it off and say, well, it's Kanye.

03:44He was having an episode.

03:45This and that.

03:46I mean, he gets.

03:47But he's no different than David Duke now.

03:49David Duke would never be able to get a commercial buy even if he was in a dentist's chair.
