00:00UMNO is open to receiving members who have been dismissed or suspended,

00:05such as Khairi Jamaluddin and Hishamuddin Hussein,

00:08if they prove their commitment to the party, said President Zahid Amidi.

00:13Former Pasir Salab MP Tajuddin Abdul Rahman was reinstated on Monday

00:19after consistently showing support for the party, said Zahid.

00:24A few months after the PRU in November 2022,

00:28UMNO dismissed former Dombau MP Khairi and suspended Hishamuddin,

00:33former chairman Syahril Hamdan, former expo Johor Maulid Zanbojang

00:38and former Jempol MP Salim Syarif for six years for violating the party's discipline.

00:44Zahid also reminded the BN component not to wait for the funds to arrive

00:49before moving the party's agenda.

00:52It is said that PKR and Amanah have never had a luxurious fund from the past to the present,

00:57but their party members continue to work and campaign without failure in every election.
