Romualdez, fellow House leaders seek removal of fuel excise tax

House Speaker Martin Romualdez has led the filing of a measure that seeks to scrap excise tax on fuel products.

Read in plenary on Monday night, Feb 3 was House Bill (HB) No.11369, or the proposed Act removing the excise tax on fuel, amending for the purpose Republic Act (RA) No.10963, otherwise known as the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion (TRAIN) Law.
