00:00As a Filipino, Police Colonel Fergentino Malabed is one of those who were remembered in a makeshift memorial in Washington, D.C., in America.

00:14Malabed was one of 67 people who were killed by a U.S. Army passenger airplane and helicopter in Virginia last week.

00:22In the memorial, the name of Malabed is included in the name of the Philippines. His wife also visited there.

00:29It is not yet known when Malabed will return to the Philippines because his wife needs to get to know him first before turning over to them.

00:38The Philippine Consulate in Washington is also ready to help their family.

00:42The Philippine National Police also promised to help Malabed's family.
